History of Cantec

Cantec Galway Ltd. has been in business for over 30 years providing exceptional Repair, Sales and Services to the whole  Connacht area. Located on Merchants Road in Galway we deliver printing and copying solutions to create an effective, supportive office environment that caters to your business needs, no matter how big or small.

Service Department

The Cantec Service Department is made up of various backgrounds and experiences. We put you first to ensure a very fast turnaround time for servicing, parts, and consumable deliveries.

At the forefront of the department is our Service Management Team, regarded widely amongst our clients for their sharp attention to detail and consistency in fostering positive customer relationships. Engineers

Our engineers, located throughout the province, are well-trained and equipped to handle issues at all sites. As a result, they resolve the problem during the first visit in the vast majority of cases. During initial contact, we gather the information and error codes that enable us to respond quickly and have your machine running smoothly as soon as possible. You will find all our service personnel to be highly professional, friendly, and approachable.
